Jack

This is Jack, he passed away last night while I was at college. He's the baby I took care of whenever I volunteered. He wasn't mine, but I love him like my own. And he's never coming back. I didn't even get to say a last goodbye, because he was having fun with his friends last time I was out there. He's had a tough time, and I'm happy he's not hurting anymore, but I'm sad that he had to go. Even though he was older than me by 6 years, he was my baby. And I already miss him terribly.
